  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free of pet hair or signs of wear.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
